Interactive Digital Media has one mission…to offer the professional dedication and convenience of an “in house” video production company at affordable prices.

ID-Media principals Dean Kautzmann and Robert Mayer have a combined 50+ years of experience in the video production and media development industry.   Together, they make a team that is hard to beat.

Robert Mayer began his video production career with the US Navy in 1976.  As a Broadcast Journalist he served in naval bases in Italy and the Philippines in both radio and television.  After his honorable discharge he  produced training videos for a  large fast food company then moved to medical training videos for a major hospital in Broward County.  Subsequently, Robert accepted the position of Medical Media Manager at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, where he has provided media support services for the past 15 years including video production, photography, DVD authoring and sound engineering.

Mr. Mayer has lived in South Florida for over 25 years with his wife, Evelyn, and has two grown children, Geny and John.

Dean Kautzmann is a 1991 graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, graduating with a degree in Music and Video Production.   Dean worked his way up to General Manager of a high volume media production company in Fort Lauderdale called QuikBIZ Media Centers where he oversaw the production of media presentations for  hundreds of clients including Microsoft, Honeywell & Tricon Global Restaraunts.  In 2000, he accepted a position as a TV Broadcast Engineer at BECON, the Broward Education Communications Network, a fully licensed television station owned and operated by the School Board of Broward County, where he applies his knowledge and experience for the benefit of his community and the children of the school district.

Mr. Kautzmann has lived in South Florida since his honorable discharge from the United States Air Force in 1987 and  has been married to his wife, Jerri, for 25 years.  They have three children, Jaimie, Samantha and Dylan.
